Azienda Agricola Sergio Serra, also presented as Lou Noustral d’Ici, is in Borgata Superiore in Marmora. Sergio took over the family farm in 1996 and established a small cheese dairy in 2011 to make nostrale, the traditional cheese of the Maira valley, using the artisan methods taught by his mother.
